The South Cumberland Regional Land Trust (SCRLT) will hold their annual potluck meeting for members, neighbors and friends at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14. The meeting will take place at the Jumpoff Community Land Trust at 1423 Tate Trail, Sewanee.
Professor Eric Keen will speak about connections between Sewanee’s local economy and threats to endangered whales in the Pacific Ocean.
Dinner is potluck-style, and SCRLT will provide local meat from Cove Creek Farm and greens from the University Farm for everyone. All are welcome.
